TV fest adds more celebs to lineup

So You Think You Can Dance executive producer Nigel Lythgoe will receive the Award of Excellence at the 2010 Banff World Television Awards.
Lythgoe will also deliver the keynote address at the event, being held June 13-16 at the Banff Springs Hotel, where he will share his experiences working in Hollywood and the UK as a supporter of the arts, as well as successful reality TV shows.
"Nigel Lythgoe is one of television's best weapons when it comes to creating a hit reality TV series both in Hollywood and the UK," said Peter Vamos, executive director of the Banff World Television Festival. "We are delighted to be presenting him the Award of Excellence as well as hearing some of the secrets behind his tremendous success."
Several other showrunners will also be in Banff during the festival hosting master classes. They include:
— Ricky Gervais – The Office
— David W. Zucker – The Good Wife
— James Manos Jr. – Dexter
— Bill Prady – Big Bang Theory
— Bryan Elsley – SKINS
— Peter Murrieta – Wizards of Waverly Place
— Vince Gilligan – Breaking Bad
